Which data is processed?

Data that is required for a business relationship and submitted on a voluntary basis is processed. These data include: name, address, contact details such as e-mail address and telephone number.

Data transfer

A transfer of data to third parties is only within the scope of legal requirements. We will only pass users' data on to third parties if this is the case, for example on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. GDPR is required for contract purposes or based on legitimate interests acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR on the economical and effective operation of our business operations. Where is your data stored and processed?

Emails and transferred data from the contact forms on www.pontzen.com are processed and stored on the servers of our provider easyname GmbH, which is located in Austria and which also has to work in accordance with GDPR. Data is stored as part of a normal business relationship and order processing on mobile devices, as well as on our computers. Appropriate and proportionate safety precautions have been taken.

How long will your data be stored and processed?

Data in the form of invoices and receipts in paper form are kept in accordance with the tax law and then destroyed. Contact details are stored for the duration of the business relationship +10 years.
