Which data is processed?

Data that is required for a business relationship and submitted on a voluntary basis is processed. These data include: name, address, contact details such as e-mail address and telephone number.



Data transfer

A transfer of data to third parties is only within the scope of legal requirements. We will only pass users' data on to third parties if this is the case, for example on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. GDPR is required for contract purposes or based on legitimate interests acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR on the economical and effective operation of our business operations. If we use subcontractors to provide our services, we will take appropriate legal precautions and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law. In the context of this Privacy Policy, if content, tools or other means are used by other providers (collectively referred to as "Third Party Providers") and their registered office is located in a third country, it can be assumed that the data will be transferred to the countries of residence of the third party providers. Third countries are countries in which the GDPR is not a directly applicable law, i. E. basically countries outside the EU or the European Economic Area. The transfer of data to third countries occurs either when there is an adequate level of data protection, user consent or other legal authorization.



Contact with us

When contacting us (via contact form or e-mail), the information provided by the user to process the contact request and its processing acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR processed. Business contact information is occasionally used in a normal business relationship, but not for automated advertising such as a newsletter.



Where is your data stored and processed?

Emails and transferred data from the contact forms on www.pontzen.com are processed and stored on the servers of our provider easyname GmbH, which is located in Austria and which also has to work in accordance with GDPR. Data is stored as part of a normal business relationship and order processing on mobile devices, as well as on our computers. Appropriate and proportionate safety precautions have been taken.



How long will your data be stored and processed?

Data in the form of invoices and receipts in paper form are kept in accordance with the tax law and then destroyed. Contact details are stored for the duration of the business relationship +10 years. Of course you can request a deletion of your data at any time. Please send an email to pp(at)pontzen.com.
