Safety measures

We take organizational, contractual and technical security measures to ensure that applicable data protection laws are complied with and protected against unauthorized access.

Which data is processed?

Data that is required for a business relationship and submitted on a voluntary basis is processed. These data include: name, address, contact details such as e-mail address and telephone number.

Data transfer

A transfer of data to third parties is only within the scope of legal requirements. We will only pass users' data on to third parties if this is the case, for example on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. GDPR is required for contract purposes or based on legitimate interests acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR on the economical and effective operation of our business operations. If we use subcontractors to provide our services, we will take appropriate legal precautions and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law. In the context of this Privacy Policy, if content, tools or other means are used by other providers (collectively referred to as "Third Party Providers") and their registered office is located in a third country, it can be assumed that the data will be transferred to the countries of residence of the third party providers. Third countries are countries in which the GDPR is not a directly applicable law, i. E. basically countries outside the EU or the European Economic Area. The transfer of data to third countries occurs either when there is an adequate level of data protection, user consent or other legal authorization.

Contact with us

When contacting us (via contact form or e-mail), the information provided by the user to process the contact request and its processing acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR processed. Business contact information is occasionally used in a normal business relationship, but not for automated advertising such as a newsletter.

Where is your data stored and processed?

Emails and transferred data from the contact forms on www.pontzen.com are processed and stored on the servers of our provider easyname GmbH, which is located in Austria and which also has to work in accordance with GDPR. Data is stored as part of a normal business relationship and order processing on mobile devices, as well as on our computers. Appropriate and proportionate safety precautions have been taken.

How long will your data be stored and processed?

Data in the form of invoices and receipts in paper form are kept in accordance with the tax law and then destroyed. Contact details are stored for the duration of the business relationship +10 years. Of course you can request a deletion of your data at any time. Please send an email to pp(at)pontzen.com.

Measurement and cookies

Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on this website are logged. These data obtained in server log files include the Internet protocol address ("IP address") and requested content information, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, country of origin, operating system, browser, screen resolution, etc. These data are anonymized and not one assigned to a specific person, they serve only for internal system-related and statistical purposes.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Contribution of services and contents of third parties

Based on our legitimate interests (ie interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. GDPR), we make use of content or services offered by third-party providers in order to provide their content and services Services, such as Include videos or fonts (collectively referred to as "content"). Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with further services related to the use of this online offer and the internet usage. In this case, pseudonymous usage profiles of the users can be created from the processed data. In order to exclude a direct personal relationship, we use Google Analytics only with activated IP anonymization «anonymizeIp». This means that the IP address of the users will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. The IP address submitted by the user's browser will not be merged with other data provided by Google. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement, which provides a guarantee to comply with European privacy legislation (details can be found at www.privacyshield.gov). Change of privacy policy

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy in order to adapt it to changes in service, data processing or changed legal situation. However, this only applies to declarations of data processing. If users' consent is required or elements of the privacy policy contain provisions of the contractual relationship with the users, the changes will only be made with the consent of the users. Users are requested to inform themselves regularly about the content of the privacy policy.

Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition.
